The Office of Faculty Development was created this fall to expand the offerings of the Teaching & Learning Committee. We have been gathering ideas for our mission statement for faculty development from faculty, students, staff, and administrators across campus since this time.
The Office will now support the professional development of all faculty (tenure and non-tenure track) across all career stages in the areas of teaching, research/creative activity, outreach/service, leadership, and work/life integration.
We value:
- innovation,
- collaboration, and
- partnerships.
